IN HOUSE OPPORTUNITY DOCKLANDS**.. My client a prestigious Canary Wharf landlords company are seeking an additional electrically biased building services technician to join there established HVAC maintenance team. You will be based within a highly prestigious blue chip clientele environment and have demonstratable building services engineering hands on experience. The role is primarily an HVAC maintenance post requiring you to carry out PPMs & reactive maintenance to plant such as cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, calorifers, UPS system (first line response), diesel generators (first line maintenance), power distribution PDU units, lighting & emergency lighting equipment, single & three phase distribution. You must hold industry recognised electrical qualifications ( ie. City & Guilds 236 pts 1&2) and some previous HVAC maintenance experience.
Monday to Friday days only post oppoerating an early * lates working pattern, good overtime potential and excellent career progression prospects.
